Duphily named assistant vice president at Mutual Bank in Middleboro

For lifelong resident Bruce Duphily, the recent opening of the Mutual Bank Middleboro branch is truly a homecoming.
Duphily has been named assistant vice president and lending officer of Mutual Bank for the southeastern Mass. region, and will work from the bank's new full-service branch, which opened earlier this summer at 438 West Grove St.
Duphily, whose banking industry experience spans nearly 25 years, served as assistant vice president, branch manager and loan officer with Security Federal Savings Bank, prior to that bank's merger with Mutual Bank last year. He began his duties in Mutual Bank's Falmouth branch and when the new branch opened, relocated his primary office to the new branch. He will continue to oversee lending for the Falmouth area, and will maintain his office at the Falmouth branch as well.
"It is great to be back working in my hometown, where I can help friends and neighbors with their banking needs," said Duphily.
"Duphily's experience within the banking industry and his lending expertise will be important to our future growth," said William Morse, president of Mutual Bank and head of lending. "We know that his Middleboro roots will be of great assistance to us as we build and develop this newest branch of our business."
