Freid, Brodigan and Paskalis earn the SIOR designation

The New England SIOR Chapter is honored to announce that it has three new designees that were accredited during the summer. Jeremy Freid, SIOR of Boston Realty Advisors, Tim Brodigan, SIOR of Klemmer Associates and George Paskalis, SIOR of NAI MG Commercial have all completed their educational requirements and fulfilled their volume criteria.
Jeremy Freid, SIOR is a principal of Boston Realty Advisors commercial division and managing partner of the affiliated accelerated marketing platform, Great Rock Real Estate. Freid gained a wealth of experience in accelerated real estate marketing under the auspices of the late Steven Good of Sheldon Good & Company, one of the largest real estate auction providers in the country for the majority of the last few decades. As Good's protégé, Freid was at the helm for many high profile sales, from Fortune 500 real estate portfolios and boarding schools, to hard-to-value properties and celebrity homes. Throughout his career, Jeremy has been involved in the sale and leasing of over $394 million of real estate across a variety of asset classes.
Freid was a professional hockey player in the Netherlands Elite League and is still the only player in Dutch hockey history to win all three championship cups in one season. He is a graduate of Lake Forest College in Illinois and has completed post-graduate work in real estate finance at Harvard University. Outside of the office, Freid is heavily involved in philanthropic work, giving his time and energy to the BIDMC-BRA Annual Charity Tennis Tournament, Big Brothers of Massachusetts and Hebrew Senior Life.
Tim Brodigan, senior vice president at Klemmer Associates, has been an active broker for over seven years, specializing in the leasing and sale of office, flex, and industrial space for tenants and landlords in Boston's northern suburbs. Brodigan is the co- recipient of the Commercial Brokers Associations 2009 Industrial Deal of the Year award for his role on a team that represented PetEdge in its lease of 216,780 s/f of warehouse space. Brodigan is also a past recipient of the SIOR Robert W. Holmes Scholarship. He is a member of the Commercial Brokers Association and a founding member of CBA Future Leaders Committee. He is also active in the North Suburban and North Shore Chamber of Commerce and is currently president of a community outreach program in Scituate.
George Paskalis is a senior vice president and a partner at MG Commercial Real Estate. While he has experience in all aspects of commercial real estate, he is primarily an industrial and investment property specialist having completed transactions throughout all of Rhode Island and southern Massachusetts. He is experienced in buyer and tenant representation, as well as, seller and landlord representation. Notable assignments include a buyer representation assignment for the acquisition of an existing super fund site comprised of a vacant 230,000 s/f manufacturing facility in Cumberland, R.I., where he simultaneously leased 60,000 s/f on behalf of the buyer, a seller representation assignment in the sale of a 285-unit self-storage facility in Swansea, and a completed landlord representation assignment in the leasing of 225,000 s/f of warehouse space in North Smithfield, R.I. He also currently represents and is advising the ownership of a 175-acre business park currently in the development stages in northern R.I. Paskalis has worked with national, regional, and local companies throughout his career. Some of his notable clients include Southwestern/Great American, Clariant Corporation, Interstate Brands Corporation, UPS, Banneker Industries, Millwork One, to name a few.
Paskalis is active in a number of organizations, including the Rhode Island Building Owners Association where he is a past president, currently serving as a board member; the Rhode Island Manufacturer's Association; and the Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce. He is a graduate of the University of Rochester in Rochester, N.Y. where he holds a degree in economics.
