Cawley and Braun of United Multi Family brokers $785,000 sale

United Multi Family brokered the sale of a 11 unit apartment building at 61-65 & 67-73 Stewart St., for $785,000 ($71,364 per unit). Richard Cawley and Jason Braun of the New England office handled the sale. The wood frame with vinyl siding residences were built in 1925 and sold by Andrew Topalian Trust to JCM LLC with financing provided by a private lender. The property was in need of extensive renovation with nine out of the 11 units delivered vacant.
