C.P. Berry Construction receives PRISM award for Caldwell Farms
December 7, 2007 - Owners Developers & Managers
According to Carl Berry, president and Alan Berry, vice president of C.P. Berry Construction Co., the company is the honored recipient of a 2007 PRISM Award for the company's Caldwell Farm community.
The 2007 PRISM Awards, presented by the Builders Association of Greater Boston, were awarded on October 24th at the Park Plaza Hotel in Boston. Every two years, the PRISM Awards (Prestigious Results in Sales and Marketing) honor companies that demonstrate exceptional performance in the Building Industry.
C.P. Berry Construction Co. won Best Attached Home Design over 3,000 s/f. The PRISM Award Judging Committee recognized the 3,600 s/f Davenport home design which C.P. Berry is offering at its active-adult condominium community, Caldwell Farm. The design was chosen because of the ease of living which the floor plan offers - all day to day living is on the main level of the home, an important consideration for the targeted 55+ buyer. The Davenport home design is one of three designs available for buyers to view and select from at the Caldwell Farm development.
"We are honored that the Davenport home design at Caldwell Farm has been recognized again with a PRISM award for its exceptional design and architectural quality," said Carl Berry. "The Davenport design has been well received by our buyers; the customization ideas that our buyers have brought to their Davenport homes, truly reflects the desirability of the floor plan and the ease of living which it offers."
"The Davenport home design includes both formal and casual living areas and is ideally-suited for the active-adult buyer; the traditional exterior design elements of the Davenport complement the overall design of the community; We appreciate the recognition from the Builders Association of these details," said Alan Berry.
