The Geenty Group, Realtors, has brokered the sale of the 3-story office building at 1160 Boston Post Rd. The seller was Douglas Payette whose interests were represented by Kristin Geenty, SIOR. The sale price was $316,000. The buyer, a Norwich-based development company, will use the building as a satellite office for its real estate operations.
Kevin Geenty, SIOR of The Geenty Group, Realtors was the sole agent representing the landlord and tenant in a 10,500 s/f long-term warehouse and office lease at 2 Commerce Dr., North Branford. The tenant is Dale J. Enterprises LLC, which is the parent company of a group of 10 separate businesses providing construction services including bath remodeling, electrical work, plumbing, etc. to the public. The landlord is Wiehl Properties, Inc. and William Wiehl Jr., who is also associated with Colonial Properties of Orange, assisted in this transaction.
The Geenty Group, Realtors also leased a 1,000 s/f flex unit at 80 Prindle Hill Rd., Orange. The landlord is A Plus Plumbing, LLC, and the tenant is Cross Fit Concept, LLC, a personal trainer serving New Haven and Fairfield Counties. Kristin Geenty, SIOR, was the sole broker in this transaction.
