Geenty Group brokers $830,000 sale of 20,000 s/f investment property

Kevin Geenty, SIOR and vice president of the Geenty Group, Realtors, brokered the sale of 2 Tipping Dr. for $830,000. Geenty along with Justin Frechette of the Geenty Group Realtors represented the seller, Marcus Hall, Trustee. The buyer, Avian Dream, LLC, purchased the 20,000 s/f property as an investment and intends to lease the premises to a company in which the buyer is also the principal. The buyer was represented by Thomas Badik of Buyers Resource Real Estate Company. Mario Zangari, Esq. and Robert Blythe, Esq. both of New Haven, represented the seller, and Jon Leckerling, Esq. of Madison, represented the buyer.
In another transaction, The Pine Brook School property at 56 Stony Creek Rd., formerly known as The Wightwood School, represented by Barry Stratton of The Geenty Group, Realtors, has been sold to the Salma K. Farid Academy (SKF) which was represented by David Fleischman, also a commercial/industrial Realtor at The Geenty Group. The sale price was $620,000.
Attorney Gregory Pepe of Neubert, Pepe, and Monteith in New Haven represented the Pine Brook School, while attorney Robert Pellegrino of New Haven represented the SKF Academy. The Salma K. Farid Academy is a private non-profit school for children of elementary school ages. The Academy also operates a similar school in Hamden.
