The construction management team of KeyPoint Partners, LLC is currently overseeing several significant construction projects at major retail centers throughout N.E., according to Brian Kelley, partner/controller at the firm, overseeing all stages of each project to streamline schedules and budgets, Kelley says. Current projects include:
*Super Stop & Shop Plaza, Stoughton, Mass.: renovation of the retail center's facade to match the newly-renovated Stop & Shop; replacement of the center's pylon sign and all tenant signage; re-surface and re-striping of the parking lot and installation of an enhanced site lighting package.
*New Milford Shopping Center, New Milford, CT: renovation of the retail center's facade, and the replacement of all tenant signage.
*Shaw's Plaza, Easton, Mass.: removal and replacement of the sidewalk, and re-surfacing and re-striping of the parking lot, and roof replacement and the addition of a new bathroom for tenant AnyTime Fitness.
*Braintree Marketplace, Braintree, Mass.: re-surface parking lot and front roadways.
*Wells Plaza, Wells, ME: conversion of a vacant bookstore to a new Pet Quarters, including demolition, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler, flooring and painting.
"In Easton, we managed the architect and general contractor from design to completion. The Braintree project was originally scheduled at 12-15 days; as project managers, our team re-worked the schedule so that the job was completed in five nights," Kelley said. "The Wells Plaza project went from design through permitting to construction to completion in just 45 days."
