Mark your calendars for NAIOP/SIOR End of the Year Forecast to be held December 3rd

The New England Chapters of SIOR and NAIOP are planning the annual End of the Year Review and 2010 Forecast. This event usually attracts over 400 commercial real estate practitioners to hear an economist and a panel of commercial real estate experts. This year the event is being held on Thursday, December 3rd in downtown Boston. The exact location has not be determined as of the press deadline. Registration will begin at 7:30 a.m. with the program commencing at 8 a.m. and finishing at 10 a.m. The moderator will be Bret Wilkerson of PPR Global who will also offer his overview of the state of the national and regional economy. Other panelists will be selected to then cover the Capital Market, Downtown Boston, Cambridge and the Suburban Commercial Market. To date, Frank Petz of RBJ & Associates has agreed to give the report on the Capital Markets. Please stay tuned for future announcements.
