Prestige Hospitality Group appoints O'Connor and Malay at Clarion

James Frenis, CHA, chief executive officer of Prestige Hospitality Group, LLC (PHG), has appointed two industry veterans to the senior staff of the Clarion Hotel located on Century Dr. Aaron O'Connor has been named director of food & beverage and Christine Malay has been appointed as catering sales manager for the hotel. O'Connor will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations for the hotel, restaurant, lounge, banquet and catering functions. O'Connor has over fifteen years of experience in the hospitality industry, including management assignments at resorts in Vail, Colorado. Malay will be responsible for event planning and catering sales for the hotel. Malay has over 12 years of experience in event planning, most recently as general manager of Grassy Hill Country Club in Orange.
