Milford, CT According to Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, Stephen Press, SIOR, co-principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, has arranged the sale of two contiguous retail sites on the Boston Post Rd.  

1469 Boston Post Road, former Loading Dock Liquors, consists of a 9,000 SF retail building set on .92 acres.  1501 Boston Post Road, a 10,440 SF one and two story retail/office building set on .70 acres.  Total site 1.62 acres.

The transaction closed in February at $1.55 million.  Press|Cuozzo Commercial Services represented the sellers, Shemitz Associates Limited Partnership and procured the buyer, 1501 Boston Post Road, LLC.
