Hamden, CT Stephen Press, SIOR, of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services has arranged the sale of the former Centerville Lumber properties for $1.8 million.

Located on Whitney Ave. near the intersection of Dixwell Ave., this 5.5-acre site is improved with two commercial buildings that are scheduled to be repurposed and the balance of the site developed.

This was the last remaining significant development parcel in Hamden’s Central Business District.

Press/Cuozzo Commercial represented the sellers, the estate of Oscar Roos, and Centerville Lumber, Inc., as well as procuring the buyer, Jordan Properties, LLC.
