Press of Press|Cuozzo Commercial brokers $735,000 building sale

Guilford, CT Stephen Press, SIOR of Press|Cuozzo Commercial Services has brokered the sale of 10 Long Hill Rd., a 4,300 s/f retail/office property with frontage on Boston Post Rd., Rte.1. The property will be redesigned and converted to medical use.

The property was acquired from Fusco-Long Hill Road Associates and purchased by 10 Long Hill Road, LLC. The purchase price was $735,000 and closed on March 30. Stephen Press was the sole broker.

Deborah Pan, MD and Javier Davila, MD of Esana Plastic Surgery Center and Medspa plan to expand their presence with a new location at this property to serve the shoreline and eastern Connecticut. This will expand services already offered at their central New Haven location which draws clients from New York, Massachusetts and Fairfield and Hartford counties in addition to New Haven.
