Press of Press/Cuozzo Commercial brokers $238,000 sale of 2,550 s/f office condominium
Hamden, CT Stephen Press, SIOR, co-principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, brokered the sale of unit 105, 60 Washington Ave., a 2,550 s/f office condominium.
The space had been the longtime home of Dr. Robert Lang, and will be the new location for McAngel Home Visiting Nurses, LLC, which is relocating from another Hamden property.
The transaction closed on July 7th at $238,000 with Press represented the sellers, Lang Realty LLC, and procured the buyer, McAngel Realty, LLC.
