Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services negotiates $2.175 million sale

30 Edmund Street - Hamden, CT

Hamden, CT Stephen Press, SIOR, co-principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, has negotiated the $2.175 million sale of 30 Edmund St., a 120,000 s/f multi-building industrial complex. Located in southern Hamden with access to I-91 and I-95, the facility is set on 5.2 acres offering units from 7,000 s/f.  This multiple building complex provides warehouse, manufacturing and distribution capabilities. Press represented the seller, Orchard Investments and procured the investor/buyer, 30 Edmund Street, LLC.

2781 State Street - Hamden, CT

In addition, Joel Nesson of Press/Cuozzo leased an 8,000 s/f warehouse space at 2781 State St. to Liuzzi Cheese. The short-term lease is valued at $51,000. The landlord, K & M Brother’s, LLC was represented by Anthony Annunziato with Coldwell Banker.

126 South Turnpike Road - Wallingford, CT

Also, Press/Cuozzo commercial advisor Renee Stevens, leased 5,500 s/f at 126 South Turnpike Rd. in Wallingford. Stevens represented Jet Process Corp. on their relocation and worked directly with the landlord, 126 South Turnpike, LLC.
