Akbar of Eagle Eye Realty broker $685,000 sale

Hamden, CT Stephen Press, SIOR, co-principal of Press|Cuozzo Commercial Services has completed the sale of the 4,600 s/f, two-story office building at 2620 Whitney Ave. Located on high-traffic Rte. 10, at a signalized intersection, the building will be converted from general office use to a specialized dental practice.

The transaction closed at $685,000 on April 9th. Press represented the sellers, Whitney & Elm LLC and Saleh Akbar of Eagle Eye Realty represented the buyer, Sharma Realty LLC.
