Press and Nesson of Press/Cuozzo sell two building complex for $327,500
According to Stephen Press, SIOR, principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, 19 Peck St., a two building complex consisting of a 900 s/f office building and a 1,600 s/f pre-engineered steel building with mezzanine and three overhead doors set on 0.41 acre, has been sold.
Senior advisor Joel Nesson was the listing agent for DelVecchio and Fenn, while Stephen Press represented the buyer, 19 Peck Street, LLC. The transaction closed for a sale value of $327,500.
In another transaction senior leasing broker Ted Schaffer of Press/Cuozzo completed a lease for 1,200 s/f at 9 Business Park Dr. in Branford.
