Point2Point Global leases 4,800 s/f from Cummings Properties

Wilmington, MA Point2Point Global has relocated its Tewksbury and North Reading locations to 50-R Concord St., a Cummings Properties-managed building. The 4,800 s/f suite serves as both office and warehouse space for the international shipping and logistics company.

Launched in 2018 by partners Gary Farnum and Mark Driscoll, Point2Point Global provides customized shipping and technology solutions for publishers, agencies, and e-commerce retailers, and delivers to more than 200 countries.

Harnum also founded and was CFO of i-parcel, LLC and International Mailing Solutions, LLC. In 2014, both companies were sold–
i-parcel to UPS and International Mailing Solutions to a private party.

“The location of the building right off Rte. 93 was key for us, as well as the direct access to a loading dock,” said Harnum. “Being able to combine both our warehouse and office space into one location was also a big benefit. Cummings made it very easy for us.”

Cummings Properties’ leasing director Mike Truesdale worked with Harnum on the relocation.

“Our full-service lease was very attractive to Point2Point Global,” said Truesdale. “It allows our clients to focus on their business while we manage building insurance, snow removal, maintenance, and more.”
