Piroumoff of Wm. R. Smith Realty brokers 5,420 s/f office lease

WPI Properties has leased the entire second floor of its renovated industrial building at 41 Mechanics St. George Piroumoff, CCIM of Century 21 Wm. R. Smith Realty represented the owner of the property, White Point Imaging. The tenant, The Donohue Group Inc., was represented by Virginia Vinci, senior associate with H. Pearce Company in Rocky Hill. The brick building is located directly across the street from the Windsor train station. DGI's new offices will allow the library consulting company to accommodate its growing volume of work while providing space for its staff. All three floors of 41 Mechanics St. are fully occupied by three tenants.
