Jack Rafalowski leased his industrial condominium, Unit 115, at 1000 Old County Circle. George Piroumoff, CCIM, and Chester Zasada of Century 21 Wm. R. Smith Realty represented the owner. The tenants, Turbo Kits, LLC and East Coast Swappers, LLC, were represented by William Muir of Commercial Investment Properties.

In another transaction, Peters Associates leased a portion of the industrial building at 35 Peters Rd. in Bloomfield. Piroumoff represented the landlord, Peters Associates, and the tenant. The tenant is Total Aviation Parts & Services, LLC which sells industrial spare parts. The leased space includes an office and has a walk-in door, an overhead door and a bathroom.
