Pious of Colliers International reps Unicorr Packaging in 51,000 s/f; Stubblebine acts for Stag Industrial Management, Inc.
Unicorr Packaging Group, based in Putnam, Conn., has signed a long-term lease with Stag Industrial Management, Inc. for 51,000 s/f of industrial space at 200 Ward Hill Ave. Due to continued growth in the marketplace, Unicorr is relocating and expanding their warehouse space from Manchester, N.H. to better service their customer base in Mass, and southern N.H.
Stephanie Pious of Colliers International | Hartford represented Unicorr and The Stubblebine Company represented the lessor.
