Pinncon completes work on $7.5 million project for a 68,000 s/f Stop & Shop
Pinncon completed work on a 68,000 s/f Stop & Shop supermarket on Walkers Brook Dr. Ground-up and fit-up work on the $7.5 million project has been completed.
The project is near The Crossing at Walkers Brook, a mixed-use development near the Rte. 128/I-95 interchange. Pinncon was the construction manager on the project, anchored by Jordan's Furniture, Home Depot and retail and restaurant uses.
"The project was completed on time and on budget," said Jim Thompson, Pinncon executive VP and director of construction.
