Phillips joins Dolben as V.P. of marketing

Woburn, MA According to The Dolben Company, Inc., Courtney Phillips has joined the firm as vice president of marketing. Phillips will be responsible for leading the creation and execution of company-wide and property-level marketing initiatives, and will be working out of the company’s headquarters.

Phillips brings more than 15 years of experience in multifamily residential marketing, specializing in the innovative development and delivery of traditional, digital, and social strategies, demand generation tactics, emerging PropTech products and trends, pre-development planning, corporate brand management, and public relations.

Prior to joining Dolben, Phillips was the director of customer innovations for Bell Partners, Inc, vice president of marketing and business development for Trinity Management, LLC.

Thomas Beaton, senior vice president, management, said, “We are thrilled to welcome Courtney to our team and look forward to her leadership along with her vast industry expertise and innovative approach to multifamily marketing as our portfolio continues to grow.”
