Petty of EXIT Realty sells 1,500 s/f retail service building for $573,000

Matthew Petty, senior associate, at Boston based EXIT Realty Associates has completed the $573,000 sale of a 1,500 s/f, free standing, retail/service building on Worcester Rd. The property is close to Boston and Worcester, with access to I-95 and the Mass. Turnpike. The previous home to Vermont Picture Frame for the last 10+ years, was a hot property from the time it was listed. "I found myself at the property almost daily, for showings to many of the area's local, small businesses," said Petty. The property did not go under agreement until it was shown to the new owner, Whites Metal Detectors. WMD was represented by Michael Seadia of Investment Property Specialists, Inc.
