Matthew Petty, senior associate, at Boston based EXIT Realty Associates has completed the $573,000 sale of a 1,500 s/f, free standing, retail/service building on Worcester Rd. The property is close to Boston and Worcester, with access to I-95 and the Mass. Turnpike.
The previous home to Vermont Picture Frame for the last 10+ years, was a hot property from the time it was listed. "I found myself at the property almost daily, for showings to many of the area's local, small businesses," said Petty.
