Peterson and O’Connell of Choyce Peterson sell 30,000 s/f to PioneerKids

430 State Street - Bridgeport, CT

Bridgeport, CT Choyce Peterson, Inc. sold the 30,000 s/f free-standing office building at 430 State St. to PioneerKids LLC which is affiliated with Adam J. Lewis Academy. In mid-2021, Choyce Peterson was appointed by Courtland Street Partners LLC as the exclusive listing agent for this office building situated on a main thoroughfare. The building is near CT Transit bus routes and the Metro North train station, as well as Rte. 8 off I-95 and the Merritt Pkwy. The Choyce Peterson capital markets team was made up of vice presidents Scott Peterson and Charlene O’Connell.

Choyce Peterson concluded lease negotiations on behalf of SuccessSystems, Inc. for a 5,649 s/f office at MerrittView, 383 Main Ave., Norwalk. Choyce Peterson principal John Hannigan represented Success Systems.

The landlord, GLIC Real Estate Holding, LLC, was represented by executive vice president Tom Pajolek and senior vice president Ned Burns of CBRE

Choyce Peterson negotiated a lease on behalf of RTi Research (RTi) for a 2,862 s/f office at MerrittView, 383 Main Ave., Norwalk. Choyce Peterson principal John Hannigan and vice president Charlene O’Connell represented RTi.

The landlord, GLIC Real Estate Holding, LLC, was represented by Pajolek and Ned Burns of CBRE.

James Riffice has joined the Choyce Peterson brokerage team as an associate. Riffice brings with him a recent bachelors degree in finance from UCONN, and will be responsible for supporting all three divisions at Choyce Peterson: tenant representation, landlord representation and capital markets.
