Perlman of Northeast Commercial Realty negotiates four new leases

Andrew Perlman principal broker at Northeast Commercial Realty negotiated four leases at Montvale Place. The four tenants; Lux Lounge is a hair salon that leased 1,000 s/f of front retail space, TruStrength specializes in strength and conditioning training leased 2,000 s/f of back warehouse space that has high ceilings and an open floor plan, Calvary Baptist Church leased 1,250 s/f of office space for classroom and religious purposes and Natural Healing of Asia provides massage therapy, yoga and meditation leased 1,150 s/f of second floor space with available signage. Montvale Place is a 40,000 s/f mixed use center located near Rtes. 93 and 28. The new tenants join Dunkin Donuts, Play it Again Sports, Red Wing Shoes and Deliworks. Perlman represented the landlord CRA Realty Trust and procured all four tenants.
