Pentore, Friedel and Klockner of Marcus & Millichap broker sale of 385 Main Street - 28-unit apartment property

Hartford, CT Marcus & Millichap has sold a 28-unit apartment property.

Pentore, Ross Friedel, and Wes Klockner, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s New Haven office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a Connecticut-based private investor. Pentore, Friedel, and Klockner also procured the buyer.

The five-story apartment building is located at 385 Main St. at the corner of Capitol Ave. within the Harford Central Business District, walkable to numerous employers, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options. Originally constructed during the Gilded Age, the apartment building sits on a 0.34-acre lot and contains unique apartment homes consisting of 25 one-bedroom and three two-bedroom units. Additionally, the building contains 6,650 s/f of retail space.
