Pena joins Pearce Real Estate in Guilford office

Guilford, CT According to Barbara Pearce, CEO and president of Pearce Real Estate, Carlos Pena has joined the company’s local office as a residential sales agent. He reports to Nanette Pastore, senior vice president, and office manager, and will be a member of the Popplewell Team.

Pena comes to Pearce with 29 years of experience in the telecommunications and information technology field. He also has real estate experience in managing investment properties. Pena holds a B.A from Iona College and an MBA from Western New England University. 

He lives in Guilford, where he’s resided for almost 20 years, with his life and business partner Amanda Popplewell Sansone. Together they have a combined family with six children who are involved in a myriad of activities such as youth sports, community theater, US Marine Cadets and High School Robotics. Pena has been an active volunteer in town serving on boards and various coaching positions for multiple youth sports organizations. Pena also served as a volunteer firefighter for 10 years in Paramus, New Jersey.
