Boston, MA Brett Pelletier has been named chief operating officer (COO) of Kirk & Company Real Estate Counselors. Pelletier joined Kirk & Co. in October 2005 as a real estate analyst and appraiser. Kirk & Co. is a boutique real estate appraisal and consulting firm located in downton and offers real estate consulting services to non-profit and municipal institutions, corporations, investors and developers.

Pelletier is a certified general real estate appraiser in Mass., R.I., Conn., and N.H., a licensed real estate salesperson in Mass., a practicing affiliate member of the National and Mass. Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, an Emerging Leader Member of the Real Estate Finance Association (REFA) and a member of the National Council of Housing Market Analysts.

From 2010 to 2016, Pelletier served as an elected member of the Tiverton, RI Town Council, focusing on land use policy, economic development, and harbor and coastal waterfront policy. Additionally, Pelletier serves as the president of the board of directors of the Striving Artists Theatre Company of Beverly, Massachusetts; a non-profit performing arts organization dedicated to enriching the community with innovative theatre arts.
