According to Barbara Pearce, CEO and president of Pearce Real Estate, Neil Riley, senior broker, and Virginia Vinci, senior commercial associate, both of the company's Rocky Hill Commercial Office, have sold a 6,456 s/f, two-story office building at 2304 Berlin Turnpike. Riley and Vinci represented the seller in the transaction. Dale Reese, of Reese Commercial, represented the buyer who will use the new location to expand an existing dental practice.
