Pearce Real Estate holds 2018 Annual Meeting at New Haven Lawn Club

New Haven, CT According to Barbara Pearce, CEO and president of Pearce Real Estate, the company held its 2018 annual meeting at the New Haven Lawn Club.

After breakfast the guest speaker, Barry Nalebuff took the podium. Nalebuff is the Milton Steinbach Professor of Management at the Yale School of Management, and cofounder of “Honest Tea,” “Kombrewcha,” and “Maker Oats.” Nalebuff spoke on the Art of Negotiation. Pearce made several announcements, including Pearce Real Estate’s 60th Anniversary, an anniversary logo, and a party this month. Pearce said, “What an incredible milestone it is, and I am so very proud of everyone that has helped to make 60 years possible.” She went on to discuss the state of the market, and Pearce’s good performance in it. Absorption rates are in a better place and Pearce is doing better than most in Connecticut’s still tough economy.

Pearce went on to introduce all the Pearce Mortgage and Insurance partners. That was followed by an introduction of 10 new agents. 20-year service awards were presented to Debbie Cangiano of the Pearce Guilford office, and to Lili Mastronardi of the Pearce Clinton office. Then the Chairman’s Circle awards were announced.
