Lowell Peabody, James Bartholomew and Connor Barnes of GVA Thompson Hennessey & Partners represented Joseph Leone of Business Park Realty Trust in the sale of 19 Turcotte Memorial Dr. Ralph Leonard of Ralph Leonard Associates represented the buyer. Looking to add to its investment real estate portfolio, the buyer purchased 19 Turcotte Memorial for $2.28 million. Built in 2004, the property is a 30,600 s/f Class A fully leased industrial warehouse. Robert N. Karpp Company, Inc. and Black Cow Restaurants will continue as tenants.
