Paskalis and Steingold of MG Commercial Real Estate sell 104,700 s/f building in North Central Industrial Park; Sweeney Real Estate and Appraisal assists buyer

Denison Pharmaceuticals will be relocating from its Pawtucket facilities into the former Liz Claiborne building located at 1 Powder Hill Rd. in the North Central Industrial Park. The property consists of a 104,700 s/f building on 11.32 acres and will be retrofitted from a pure distribution warehouse facility into a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. George Paskalis, SIOR and Larry Steingold of MG Commercial Real Estate represented the seller, 1 Powder Hill Realty, LLC, and found Denison Pharmaceuticals. Tom Sweeney, SIOR of Sweeney Real Estate and Appraisal consulted with and advised the buyer during the transaction. The sale price was $3.8 million.
