Parsons of Parsons Commercial Group, Inc. handles $500,000 sale of 333 Boston Post Road
Parsons Commercial Group, Inc. (PCG) completed the sale of 333 Boston Post Rd., for $500,000.
Jake Parsons, vice president at PCG, represented the seller, Springwater Realty LLC.
333 Boston Post Rd. is a two-story, 3,000 s/f office building located on Rte. 20. The building was sold to Spacecraft LLC.
PCG is a commercial real estate firm servicing the suburban Boston markets.
The company is a leading provider of commercial real estate services including, tenant and landlord representation, investment sales, property and asset management, development and construction management, advisory and distressed asset advisory services.
