Paramount Const. completes 200,000 s/f interior renovation for Exhibit Group Giltspur's office/warehouse space

Paramount Construction completed a 200,000 s/f renovation project at Exhibit Group Giltspur located at 275 Bodwell St. The project was comprised of an interior renovation that updates and makes the facility more environmentally conscious. Some of the highlights of the project include: removal of warehouse mezzanine areas where 50% of the materials were recycled and diverted from landfills, replacement of office carpets with a material that included 25% recycled content and all bathroom fixtures were replaced with energy efficient flow models. Paramount's project and development services team was a collaboration of Douglas DiBona as the project executive and Cramer/ Levine as the architect. DiBona said that the goal of the project was "to work with the tenant to create a more user friendly space while both improving the building environment and reducing the impact on the environment by updating it with energy efficient and recycled materials."
