Paradigm Properties signs two new leases at RS56 totaling 5,702 s/f - Weber, Cameron and Pearce of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represent building owner

Paradigm Properties, a Boston-based commercial real estate investment and management firm, welcomes Accion Systems and Welocalize as the newest tenant-clients at RS56, located at 52-56 Roland St. Accion Systems, a young, fast growing tech firm, has agreed to a 5 year lease for 3,439 s/f of space, while Welocalize, a tech communications company, agreed to a 5 year lease for 2,263 s/f of space. Ryan Weber, Jason Cameron, and Joseph Pearce of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the leasing team for the building, while Pearce also represented Accion Systems. Welocalize was represented by Brendan Miller from Lincoln Property. RS56 is a three building, multi-tenant class B office/flex property containing 160,000 s/f of net rentable area on a 4.476 acre parcel of land. The majority of the land is in the Charlestown neighborhood of Boston, and the balance is in Somerville. "The two newly executed leases are great for the asset as activity has been on the rise with promising new prospects on the horizon," said John Caldwell, president of Paradigm. "As such, we have expanded our leasing options to prospective tenant-clients interested in shorter-term collaborative space leases to reflect the market demand. In addition, the completion of various interior and exterior renovations have been well received in the market."
