Pappas of Chozick completes $4m sale of
39-unit The Mill at Still River Apartments

Winsted, CT Chozick Realty Inc., has completed the sale of The Mill at Still River Apartments. This historic 39-unit mill conversion multifamily property, located on the banks of the Still River, closed at a price of $4 million.

The Mill at Still River Apartments has a history dating back to its original construction in 1887. This former mill was converted into apartment homes in 1986, offering residents living spaces that blend rustic charm with modern comfort. Each apartment features stunning river views, exposed brick walls and beams, oversized windows that allow for natural light, and access to both the town center and major highways via Rte. 8.

Chozick Realty has had the honor of marketing and selling this property three times since 2001, with Steve Pappas representing the buyer and seller.

Pappas expressed his satisfaction with the transaction, stating, “We are thrilled to once again facilitate the sale of The Mill at Still River Apartments. This property is a significant part of Winsted’s history and offers a unique living experience that is hard to find elsewhere. We are proud to play a role in the ongoing story of this remarkable property.”
