Panasis and Kelley of Brady Sullivan arrange lease expansion

According to Brady Sullivan Properties, the expansion of an existing tenant, Thunderhead, Inc. at The Waumbec Mill located at250 Commercial St. has been completed. Thunderhead, a technology solutions company, has grown substantially since its inception in 2004 and holds a client base that consists of some of the largest and well-known companies in the financial and investment industry. Their success has led to an expansion of their space within the Waumbec Mill, they have increased their space and relocated to the fourth floor, occupying over 5,500 s/f. "This has become a recurring theme within the Waumbec Mill," said associate broker Ben Kelley for Brady Sullivan. "Tenants continue to grow and new tenants are consistently attracted to the versatility of the building." Charles Panasis and Benjamin Kelley represented the landlord, Brady Sullivan, while Thunderhead Inc. represented themselves in the transaction. This deal was a turn key build out utilizing Brady Sullivan architectural and construction team. Brady Sullivan Properties owns and operates more than 3.5 million s/f of commercial space in the southern N.H. region and also has a significant residential division as well.
