Palmer Hill celebrates opening of clubhouse

Builders Bill McGuinness of Sun Homes and Bob Dale of Buckingham Partners recently celebrated the grand opening of Palmer Hill's clubhouse. The 3,500 s/f clubhouse features a fitness center, business center and clubroom with grand fireplace. The clubroom holds a catering kitchen available for community activities and private functions and opens to outdoor living space featuring a veranda, pool, hot tub and fireplace. Nestled in 20 park-like acres where Old Greenwich meets Stamford, Palmer Hill is a luxury community of 114 townhouses and 81 condominiums crafted in the best tradition of New England coastal living. Prices range from the low $500s to over $1 million. The on-site sales center at 77 Havemeyer Lane in Stamford is open daily.
