Overdeput of Colliers International leases 3,730 s/f to Compassionate Care Hospice

Windham, NH According to Colliers International, 7 Rockingham Rd. is fully leased with Compassionate Care Hospice taking the entire second floor. Hugo Overdeput, of Colliers’ Manchester office, represented the landlord. Rob Wolfe, of Blue Star Commercial Real Estate, in conjunction with Matt Lefebvre, of Elm Grove Realty, represented the tenant in the transaction.

Compassionate Care Hospice’s lease of 3,730 s/f brought the building to full occupancy. The company is part of Amedisys Home Health and Hospice Care, one of the largest home health providers and second largest hospice care provider in the United States.

The 7,450 s/f building at 7 Rockingham Rd. was built at the end of 2019, and at the time of completion, Overdeput leased the entire first floor to Structure Tone, the construction firm that built the building. The international company has tripled its New Hampshire presence since opening its first location in the state in 2016.
