Orloff joins New England lending team at Leader Bank

Boston, MA Debbie Orloff has enjoyed a 25 year career as a New England based commercial real estate lender, most recently joining the New England lending team at Leader Bank.

Hailing from prestigious top lenders such as John Hancock, GE Capital, Chase Bank, Cornerstone Realty Capital, Northmarq Capital, and others, Orloff has completed over $2 billion in real estate transactions of all property types including construction, value add, and stable value asset mortgage and equity investments.

Orloff holds a master degree from Johns Hopkins University in International Economics and Development and completed her bachelor’s at Georgetown University, magna cum laude. She has served on the Seacoast Advisory Board of the New Hampshire Institute of Art and as a board member of CrossRoads House Homeless Shelter.  In addition she has been active in various Christian music ministries as a singer song-writer and with other service efforts.

She is a published author and play-write, a university guest speaker and has additionally served the community by teaching a free seminar, Financial Empowerment for Women (F.E.W.).
