O,R&L Commercial leases 5,600 s/f to Habitat for Humanity ReStore

Vernon, CT Andrew Hale of O,R&L Commercial, LLC brokered the lease of a 5,600 s/f office/showroom space. The new tenant Habitat for Humanity ReStore will join Discount Trophy in the building located at 367-369 Talcottville Rd. The space was previously occupied by Shepard Supply Company who moved out at the beginning of 2020.

Hale represented the owner, Marco Enterprise Management, LLLP and Habitat for Humanity ReStore represented themselves. The lease of 5,600 s/f of commercial space was signed in early September and the tenant and landlord are currently working on the space for a planned store opening in early January 2022.

Habitat for Humanity ReStore has leased this space as its first store and donation center in Tolland County to accept donations and sell new and gently used furniture, appliances, home goods, building materials, etc.  The proceeds from the ReStore stores go directly to Habitat for Humanity.

The new Vernon store joins the following existing ReStore locations in central Connecticut:  Bloomfield, Cromwell and Wallingford.
