Olsen and Levendusky of CBRE arrange three leases totaling 35,200 s/f

CB Richard Ellis/New England has arranged three leases totaling 35,200 s/f at Burlington Centre, a 600,000 s/f master-planned office park. The firm facilitated a 16,014 s/f renewal and expansion with Click Software; a 14,596 s/f renewal and expansion with Lockheed Martin; and a 4,663 s/f renewal with United Fuels, all at 35 Corporate Dr. The CBRE team of Kerry Olson, vice president, and Jason Levendusky, first vice president, represented ownership Multi-Employer Property Trust in all three transactions; the team also represented United Fuels in its renewal on the first floor of 35 Corporate Dr., a four-story, 120,000 s/f office building home to many of the park's high-technology tenants. "Burlington Centre is one of the premier office parks in the Route 128 North submarket," said CBRE's Kerry Olson. "It offers excellent access to Rte. 128, an 80-acre campus setting and abundant tenant amenities and we're excited to see three tenants remain—and expand—within the park." Click Software, a leading provider of service optimization solutions, was represented by Brian Morrissey, assistant vice president at Jones Lang LaSalle. Lockheed Martin, an advanced technology company, was represented by Dan Kollar, assistant vice president also of Jones Lang LaSalle. Built in 1999, 35 Corporate Dr. features approximately 120,000 s/f of class A office space in addition to a two-story atrium lobby, granite flooring, African wood paneling and stainless steel fixtures. The building offers premier visibility from I-95/Rte. 128, distant views of the Boston skyline and ample parking. Kennedy Associates, a full-service real estate investment advisor, acts as the exclusive advisor for the property. Burlington Centre is located adjacent to Rte. 3A in Burlington just 15 miles northwest of Boston. The park was named the Suburban Low-Rise Office Park of the Year by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). 10 Corporate Dr., a three-story, 107,000 s/f building located in the park, was also recently awarded LEED Gold Certification by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) for superior energy efficiency.
