Ogasapian and Sampson of R.W. Holmes arrange three building sales

215 Middlesex Turnpike - Burlington, MA

Burlington, MA R.W. Holmes has recently negotiated multiple sales transactions.

Highline Construction purchased the 5,870 s/f industrial/flex building at 215 Middlesex Tpke., for $1.82 million. The property was sold by Hamel & McAlister.

R.W. Holmes vice president Mike Ogasapian represented the seller and directly procured the buyer.

“215 Middlesex had several suitors throughout the marketing process that needed a standalone building of this size,” said Ogasapian. “We have seen a high demand for flex/industrial users under 20,000 s/f looking to own along 128’s central corridor.”

215 Middlesex is the third recorded sale in Burlington of a building under 10,000 s/f to trade over $300/s/f in the last two years. The building featured a loading dock and 13’ clear height in the warehouse area. Highline Construction will use the building for its operations as a high-end home builder serving the Greater Boston area.

R.W. Holmes also negotiated the sale of two office condos in Concord, Mass.

The two condo units located at 12 Pond Ln. were bought by 12 Damon Hill EV-3 LLC. The seller was Kenneth Anderson. The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

R.W. Holmes associate Bradley Sampson represented the buyer in the transaction. Tyler Spring of Omni Properties represented the seller.

Known as the Damon Mill Square Condominium complex, the building is located one mile from downtown West Concord. This former textile mill was renovated and converted to condominium ownership and now serves as home to many small professional and medical office users.
