O’Brien of Greater Boston Commercial secures 32,084 s/f in four leases

Marlborough, MA Bret O’Brien of Greater Boston Commercial Properties recently completed office leasing totaling 32,084 s/f in the boroughs.  All four transactions were located in first class office properties constructed in 2001.

O’Brien and Benjamin Gatti of Greater Boston Commercial Properties represented Wind River Environmental in an extensive search of the market that resulted in a 16,286 s/f lease at 46 Lizotte Dr.  The property, which was purchased by St. Mary’s Credit Union in 2014 represents the bank’s corporate headquarters, which occupies the third floor.  Wind River has leased the first floor as its corporate headquarters for its operations that span the Eastern seaboard from Florida to Maine.  Wind River is one of the Northeast’s largest full service liquid waste management providers, specializing in pumping of septic systems and other related services.

O’Brien represented the landlord, Commerce City, LLC, in its renewal of two existing tenants at 287 Turnpike Rd. in Westborough, at an increase over previous rents for this property.  The rising rates for these two transactions illustrate the premium companies are now willing to pay for select properties in the boroughs.  Descartes Systems extended for 9,073 s/f and Mayflower Advisors, LLC for 2,909 s/f. O’Brien also represented the landlord, Solomon Pond Crossroads, LLC, in leasing 3,816 s/f of first floor space at 44 Bearfoot Rd. in Northborough.
