O,R&L Commercial represents buyer of 23,634 s/f office building at 5 Brookside Dr. for $1.2 million
Wallingford, CT Mark Berkowitz of O,R&L Commercial, LLC brokered the $1.2 million sale of a 23,634 s/f office building at 5 Brookside Dr. situated on 4.49 acres.
The building was previously owned and occupied by the American Heart Association, Inc. Berkowitz represented the buyer, Web Solutions, Inc. and David Barnes of CBRE, NE represented the seller American Heart Association.
Web Solutions, established in 1996, specializes in custom website design, digital marketing and software development.
