O,R&L Commercial completes $350,250 sale and leases a total of 12,904 s/f in Connecticut
The O,R&L Commercial real estate brokerage team of Carol Karney, Bob Gaucher and Toby Brimberg sold a 7,748 s/f commercial building at 1573 Highland Ave. The property was purchased for $350,250 by Common Goal Associates, LLC for investment purposes. Karney and Gaucher represented the owner and Brimberg represented the buyer Common Goal Associates, LLC. The 10,400 s/f commercial building next door at 1555 Highland Ave. is currently for sale or lease.
Gaucher also leased 3,000 s/f office space at 915 Silas Deane Highway in Wethersfield to XVIVO Scientific Animation. XVIVO creates medical animations, medical illustrations and medical interactive productions. Gaucher represented the landlord, RJD Commercial Development, LLC while Jennifer Gosselin of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant.
In another transaction, Karney and Stephen Foote of O,R&L completed the lease of 9,904 s/f retail space at 1138 Newfield St. in Middletown. The location was the former home to Schaller Subaru, the new lessee will also operate as a used car dealership. Karney and Foote represented the owner European Motorcars and Jonathan Cohn of Goman & York represented the buyer.
