O'Leary, Boyle and Hines of Cassidy Turley lease 143,000 s/f to AspenTech
Cassidy Turley represented AspenTech in a transaction that will relocate the company's global headquarters at the end of 2014. AspenTech will move to 20, 22, and 28 Crosby Dr., into 143,000 s/f, almost doubling in size from its current 75,000 s/f headquarters in Burlington. The transaction represents one of the largest commercial real estate relocations in the suburbs of Boston over the last few years. The new headquarters premises, after a renovation, will satisfy occupancy for over 600 AspenTech employees.
Vice president, Michael O'Leary, senior managing director, principal John Boyle; and senior managing director, principal Brian Hines represented AspenTech. Executive directors Torin Taylor, Rich Ruggiero, and director Rory Walsh of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord.

Crosby Corporate Center is a nine-building office park settled on 52 acres totaling 589,783 s/f. Tenants have access to a modern space that is situated less than five minutes from the I-95/128 and Rte. 3 interchange. Its amenities include two full-service cafeterias, a fitness center, a conference center and on-site daycare. Spagnolo Gisness & Associates will be responsible for the interior design of AspenTech's offices.
