O'Leary and Dalton of DTZ FHO neg. two leases totaling 25,825 s/f
DTZ FHO Partners has continued with the leasing efforts at 100 Apollo Dr. with the signing of Axis Communications in their expansion for 15,625 s/f and Desktone in their new lease for 10,200 s/f.
Michael O'Leary senior associate and Michael Dalton, partner of DTZ FHO represented the landlord, RREEF. Marci Alvarado, vice president of Parsons Commercial Group represented Axis. Troy Cody, of Jones Lang LaSalle, represented Desktone.
Constructed in 1999, 100 Apollo Dr. is a 110,779 s/f office building featuring a two-story lobby. Located near Rtes. 3 and 495.
