Christopher O'Hara, senior vice president of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT Inc., has completed a $1.35 million sale, representing Tienshen, Inc. at 231 Wilson Ave. Eurostar Industries will be relocating from 1 Testa Place to the Wilson Ave. facility for its office and warehouse. John Zervos of Desmond Virgulak Brown Commercial Realty represented Eurostar Industries. The property is a two story building with 18,873 s/f of office/warehouse space and 1.512 acres of land. Eurostar Industries Inc. (www.eurostarinc.com) is one of the leading European Auto Parts Warehouse Distributors that specializes in the production and distribution of automotive spare parts.
