O’Hara of Coldwell Banker Commercial handles 7,800 s/f lease for landlord, G&L Huntington Point, LLC

Shelton, CT Chris O’Hara, senior vice president of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT Inc., represented G&L Huntington Point, LLC in a lease at 1077-1079 Bridgeport Ave. to Building Blocks Early Learning Center (BBELC).

With several locations currently in the state, BBELC has leased a total of 7,800 s/f. The location offers access off Exit 11, Rte. 8 and is serviced by the Greater Bridgeport Transit and Valley Transit District bus lines.

BBELC offers classrooms that allow children to learn and play. In the classrooms children benefit from low teacher-to-student ratios. The new facility has a dedicated playground to ensure children get plenty of fresh air within a natural setting.

The landlord GL Huntington Point owns and develops office buildings throughout Fairfield and New Haven counties and provides  management services to all of its tenants. 1077 Bridgeport Ave. was the former headquarters for Singer Sewing Machines.
